At OilfieldResumes.com, all of our services — including resume writing, cover letters, LinkedIn profile optimization, and career consultation — are delivered digitally via email. As a result, there is no physical shipping involved.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how and when you can expect to receive your completed documents.

Digital Delivery Format

All final resume files are delivered in the following formats:

• Microsoft Word (.docx) – fully editable for future updates

• PDF (.pdf) – for professional presentation and application submissions

• Documents are sent via email to the address you provided during checkout or consultation.

Delivery Timeline

Turnaround times vary based on the service selected:

• Standard Resume Packages: 3 to 5 business days

• Express Services (if available): 24 to 48 hours (additional fee applies)

• Cover Letters / LinkedIn Profiles: Typically within 3 business days after resume completion

• Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Review and Revisions

• Upon delivery, you will have the opportunity to review your resume and request up to two rounds of complimentary revisions within 7 days of receiving the first draft.  

• Revisions will be completed and returned within 1–2 business days of your feedback.

Missed Deliveries or Email Issues

If you do not receive your resume within the expected timeframe:

• Check your spam/junk folder first

• Ensure the email address you provided is accurate

• Contact us at help@oilfieldresumes.com and we will resend the files promptly
